Telehealth Therapy for Children, Adolescents, & Adults

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is strengths-based and tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on healing, growth, and long-term stability.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process trauma, reduce distress, and experience relief more efficiently.

Therapy may support:

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation

  • Trauma and grief

  • Life transitions and stress

  • Behavioral challenges in children and adolescents

Care Coordination (Wraparound Services)

I provide High-Fidelity Wraparound services (care coordination) to support children and families with complex needs. This is a team-based, collaborative approach that brings together providers, supports, and natural resources to create a unified plan for stability and success.

Wraparound services can be funded through Medicaid and the Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP) waiver for those that qualify. This service can be beneficial to those youth and families navigating multiple systems.

Wraparound services focus on:

  • Coordinating care across providers and systems

  • Supporting families in building strong, sustainable support networks

  • Developing individualized, strengths-based plans of care

  • Crisis planning and ongoing support

Enhanced Standardized Assessments (ESA)

I provide Enhanced Standardized Assessments to support accurate level-of-care determination and service planning for children and youth.

Assessments include the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS), a comprehensive tool used to evaluate strengths, needs, and areas requiring support.

These assessments help:

  • Identify appropriate levels of care

  • Guide individualized treatment and service planning

  • Support coordination between providers and systems

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision and professional support for individuals working toward licensure or seeking to strengthen their clinical skills.

Supervision includes:

  • Case consultation and clinical guidance

  • Support with documentation and best practices

  • Development of clinical skills and confidence

  • Guidance aligned with state and ethical standards
