Janell LaJoie, MA, LMHC, LPC, LAC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with over 12 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My background includes over six years providing High-Fidelity Wraparound services within Colorado’s waiver system, where I have served as a Care Coordinator, Coach, and Clinical Supervisor. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families navigating complex, high-acuity behavioral health needs, including crisis situations and system involvement.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals process trauma, reduce distress, and experience relief more quickly. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based care, ensuring that each individual feels safe, respected, and supported throughout the healing process.
Like many of the individuals and families I support, I have experienced loss, grief, and anxiety, and have developed effective coping skills and resilience through my own journey. This allows me to approach my clients with genuine empathy, while maintaining a grounded, clinically sound approach to care.
Whether through therapy, care coordination, or assessments, my goal is to help individuals and families feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward.

Cassandra Cable
Cassandra will partner with children, youth, and families to identify their strengths, build supportive teams, and develop individualized, family-driven plans. She will help families express their goals, navigate services and resources, strengthen natural supports, and ensure every team member works together toward meaningful and lasting success.
Cassandra brings a rich background of service to this work. She began her career as a Sheriff’s Deputy and later supported military spouses and their families while navigating military life as a spouse herself. She then transitioned into education, providing one-on-one assistance to students who needed additional support and bringing energy and encouragement to her work as a physical education teacher.
Each of these experiences has helped shape her compassionate approach and strengthened her commitment to empathy, confidentiality, professionalism, and service. Outside of work, she is a proud mom who loves exploring, creating, and discovering new challenges to conquer.
We are excited to have her join our team and look forward to the positive impact she will make in the lives of the families we serve.
